Ozone IT Services is a fast-growing IT Service Provider delivering world-class solutions in Backup, Disaster Recovery, Cybersecurity, and Cloud. We’re seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to join our executive leadership team and drive excellence across service delivery, scalability, and customer success.
In this hybrid position, our VP of IT Ops will be responsible for leading multiple operational departments, building systems that scale with double-digit growth, and ensuring world-class service delivery across industries. The ideal candidate is a seasoned IT operations leader with a proven track record in MSP or IT services, strong business acumen, and the ability to align people, processes, and technology with company-wide objectives.
The VP of IT Ops will:
- Provide visionary leadership and oversee daily IT operations.
- Drive operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer experience.
- Implement metrics, reporting, and accountability structures to ensure goals are met.
- Collaborate with executives to align IT with business growth and profitability.
- Mentor and develop leaders, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
The ideal candidate has:
- 10+ years in IT services, MSP operations, or related industries
- 10+ years in team management
- Client interface, customer service, or client relationship management experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience scaling IT operations in a growth-focused environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven success in delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction
